- Gifts: Gift transactions display the sender and receiver names publicly within streams.
- Payment Processors: Withdrawal account details (Bkash/Nagad numbers) are used solely to
process your payout requests.
- Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication and push notifications. Firebase
may collect device identifiers and usage analytics.
- Agora: We use Agora for live streaming. Agora processes audio/video data during live
sessions.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or valid legal
process.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text
- API access is protected with token-based authentication
- Admin access is restricted and requires separate authentication
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute
security.

- Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active.
- Messages: Retained as long as your account is active.
- Transaction Records: Withdrawal and financial records may be retained for up to 12
months after account deletion for legal and accounting purposes.
- Stream Data: Live stream metadata is retained; actual video/audio is not recorded or
stored by us.
