We respect your right to delete your account and personal data. To request account deletion, please follow the steps below.

Steps to Delete Your Account

Send an email to taufiqur2511@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - DL Live".

Include your registered email address and username in the email body so we can verify your identity.

Our team will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, bio, profile photo)
Your chat messages and conversations
Your live stream history
Your virtual currency balances (coins and diamonds)
Your gift transaction history
Your device information and login sessions

What Data May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Financial records: Withdrawal transaction records may be retained for up to 12 months for accounting and legal compliance.
Fraud prevention: Device identifiers associated with policy violations may be retained to prevent abuse.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any remaining diamonds or coins in your account will be forfeited. Please complete any pending withdrawals before requesting deletion.
